Looking for an Orangetheory Alternative in Attleboro?
If you like the structure and motivation of Orangetheory but want more strength training and a more personal coaching experience, Summit Training & Fitness may be a better fit.
Summit offers 45-minute, coach-led strength and conditioning classes where the workout is planned for you, everything can be adjusted to your level, and your coaches actually get to know you.
Summit vs. Orangetheory
Both Summit and Orangetheory take the guesswork out of working out. You show up, the workout is planned, and a coach guides you through it.
The biggest difference is the experience and how you train.
Orangetheory's signature workout is built around heart-rate-based interval training, combining treadmill, rowing and strength exercises.
At Summit, we put a greater emphasis on strength and functional training, using weights, sleds, TRX, medicine balls, rowers and other equipment to build strength and conditioning together.
More Than Someone Leading the Class
One of the things that makes Summit different is our coaches.
They know you. They know your name. They know how you train. And they care about your progress.
Over time, your coaches learn what you're capable of, when you need a modification, when you're ready for more weight, and when you might need a little extra push.
You still get the energy and motivation of group fitness, but with a level of personal attention that's hard to find in a bigger fitness environment.
Get Stronger. Stay Consistent.
You don't need to plan your workout, figure out which exercises to do, or wonder whether you're doing them correctly.
Just show up.
Your coach will guide you through the workout, help with form, suggest weights and adjust movements or intensity when needed.
The result is a workout that's challenging at your level and a routine that's easier to stick with.
That's what Summit is built around: helping you get stronger and stay consistent.
Which Is Right for You?
Orangetheory may be a great fit if you enjoy heart-rate tracking, treadmill and rowing intervals, performance data and a cardio-driven group fitness experience.
Summit may be a better fit if you want more strength and functional training, 45-minute workouts, coaches who personally know you, and individual attention within a motivating group environment.
There's no single workout that's right for everyone. The important thing is finding a place you'll actually want to keep coming back to.
